One day when Mrs. Jones was returning home from her workplace at about eleven at night, Roger, a boy of fourteen or fifteen, ran up behind her and tried to snatch her purse. But he could not escape with the large purse as Mrs Jones caught him redhanded. This misdeed on Roger’s part should make him feel ashamed.

Mrs Jones caught Roger when he was trying to steal her purse. She being a large woman turned around and kicked the frail Roger. Then she shook him until his teeth rattled and before asking the above question ordered him to pick up her purse from the sidewalk.
