HOW TO BORROW A BOOK FROM A LIBRARY
Borrowing a book from a library involves the following process. At first, the book we want to borrow, is located with the help of the catalogue and the catalogue number is noted. Then the requisition slip mentioning the library card number is filled up. Next, the requisition slip is placed in the appropriate box. Now time is allowed for the book to be brought. Thereafter the book is taken to the counter together with the card. After this the book is checked and the card is retained. Then the last date of return is stamped inside the book. Finally, it is handed over to the borrower.
লাইব্রেরি থেকে যেভাবে বই নিতে হয়
লাইব্রেরি থেকে বই নিতে গেলে নিম্নলিখিত পদ্ধতিটি অনুসরণ করতে হয়। প্রথমে, যে বইটি আমরা নিতে চাই তাকে ক্যাটালগে চিহ্নিত করে তার ক্যাটালগ নম্বর লিখে নিতে হবে। এরপর, লাইব্রেরি কার্ড নম্বর উল্লেখ করে চাহিদাপত্র পূরণ করতে হয়। তারপর, চাহিদাপত্রটিকে উপযুক্ত বাক্সে রেখে দিতে হয়। এরপর বইটি খুঁজে আনার জন্য কিছুটা সময় দিতে হয়। তারপর কার্ডসহ সেটিকে কাউন্টারে নিয়ে আসা হয়। এরপর বইটা ভালাে করে দেখে নিয়ে কার্ডটি রেখে দেওয়া হয়। তখন ফেরৎ দেবার শেষ তারিখ বইয়ের ভেতরের পৃষ্ঠায় স্ট্যাম্প লাগিয়ে ছাপ দিয়ে দেওয়া হয়। সবশেষে, এটি যে ধার নিচ্ছে তার হাতে তুলে দেওয়া হয়।
