Necessity of Physical Exercises at Early Morning
Health is wealth and the source of happiness. To maintain good health physical exercise helps us a lot. It can be done best at morning time. In order to have good health we require pure air. Morning air is fresh and free from pollution. Doing physical exercise in the morning can keep a man fit and fresh all the day. Morning air is not polluted and is pure, so perfect for the practice. Walking or doing exercise in the morning also gives us the opportunity to come in close contact with serene nature. The first rays of the sun are also good for health. Physical exercise in the early morning keeps us active and fresh throughout the day.
